Warranties and terms of purchase

for facsimile editions (according to our → AGB)

1. Guaranteed number of copies

One-off facsimile editions are limited-run global editions. Quaternio Editions Lucerne allocates a number to each copy in the order of the applications as they are received. Once the unique and limited edition has been fully subscribed, no further orders will be accepted by the publisher.

2. Right to withdraw

The buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within a period of two weeks upon receipt of the goods. If the fine art facsimile edition fails to meet your expectations you may return the goods in the original packaging by registered post at your own cost.

3. Price guarantee

All prices given for facsimile editions or documentation folders include both shipping and insurance costs as well as VAT in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Prepayment is requested for deliveries in countries outside the EU. If you wish to exercise your right to return the goods, we will refund the prepaid amount immediately upon receipt of the book.

4. Preferred payment terms

Quaternio Editions Lucerne offers individual preferred terms of payment for fine art facsimile editions. We would be glad to prepare a non-binding offer for you.

5. Facsimile folder

Every buyer of a fine art facsimile edition receives the matching facsimile folder free of charge.

6. Retention of title

We retain title to the goods pending payment in full. Swiss Law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.
